  • A Retainer is required to secure appointments. (Your retainer will go towards your balance.)

  • All appointments must be booked online, or personally with Latefa.

  • Please be advised Any payments made through our online website are nonrefundable and nontransferable!

  • Please book under your real name and under your account. For ex. “Jane Doe”, and “J. Doe” is unacceptable.

Early Morning Appointments

• Early morning appointment hours are from 4am to 6am

*Early Appointments can only be booked if the early appointment times are shown (4am-6am).

  • Early morning appointments will be an additional $25 on top of your remaining balance.

Running Late?

  • I allow a grace period of 15 minutes.

  • After 15 minutes a late fee will be added towards your appointment balance, if i'm able to service you, If I cannot service you after the 15 minutes grace period your appointment will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Remaining Payment

  • Cash or Card will be the only two payment options. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • If you are paying with a debit or credit card a 3% fee will be added due to merchant fees.

Confirming Your Appointment

  • A confirmation email/ text will be sent the day before your appointment.

 

Cancellations
• If you cancel your appointment, you forfeit your retainer and will have to book a new appointment for servicing.

 

No Show Appointments

-Failure to respond to me in regards to important booking details will result in your appointment being canceled & you will have to pay another retainer to book your next appointment. No Refund will be given no exceptions!



• If the date you’re inquiring about is gray, that means nothing is available.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING EXTRA PEOPLE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT! STYLEZ BY LATEFA HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES AT ANY TIME DUE TO MEDICAL CONCERNS OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR.
